Three-quarter length photograph of WSC with two fellow officer-cadets at the Royal Military College, Sandhurst. WSC is standing rather stiffly almost facing the camera, with his arms slightly outspread and his legs braced, one cadet is standing behind him with a hand on his shoulder, the other seated on the edge of a piece of furniture, with all three holding whips and gloves.
