Photograph of WSC and others as passengers on top of a coach drawn by four horses, which is travelling along a [?] village street, alongside a car decked with ribbons [presumably during the election campaign for Epping, Essex]. WSC is just visible behind the coach driver, smiling and wearing a dark coat with an astrakhan collar and tall bowler hat, while CSC is beside the driver, in a light coloured coat with a large fur collar (which has an election ribbon pinned to it) and close hat.
